  • Not necessarily! While Rising Sol specializes in supporting students in Segovia, many of our services—such as visa guidance, translations, and general study abroad mentorship—can be accessed remotely. However, some hands-on services, like in-person support for local processes, are only available to those in Segovia. If you're unsure whether we can assist you from afar, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to guide you!

We also confirm if the provider speaks English and if not, we can cater to those specific vendors for you. Our main goal is for you to feel comfortable and supported throughout your study abroad journey. Our support

  • Depending on your membership package, we have specific WhatsApp office hours for communication. All messages and calls to our team should be directed to our dedicated WhatsApp business line. If your matter is time-sensitive or urgent, please indicate this in your message and also send an email to ensure a prompt response. We’ll prioritize your inquiry and assist you as quickly as possible.

  • Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 12 hours during business days. If your question is urgent, please indicate that, and we’ll prioritize it.

  • Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00. For the Rising VIP membership, our Whatsapp Support is available from 10:00 until 15:00. For the Sol Elite membership, our Whatsapp Support is available from 9:00 until 21:00.  For urgent matters outside of these hours, you can contact us for immediate assistance, which may incur an additional cost.

Our billing & payment

  • We accept payments via Bizum, bank transfers, and Paypal. Full payment is required at the time of booking for independent services. For membership plans, payment is due upfront or according to an agreed payment schedule.

  • To cancel your membership for the next month or semester, you must submit a cancellation request at least seven (7) days before the renewal date. This ensures we can process your request quickly and avoid any automatic charges. All payments for services are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

  • You will receive your invoice by email after completing your payment. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
